Terms of Use

Effective July 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of Mark. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.

The service

Mark is a personal feedback engine: you log what you did, and an AI generates a short signal on whether it moved you on the directions you set. The app is provided for your own personal, reflective use.

AI feedback is not advice

Signals and reflections are AI-generated and may be incomplete or wrong. They are not professional, medical, financial, legal, or psychological advice. Use your own judgment.

Subscriptions & trial

Mark offers a free trial followed by a paid subscription. When billing is handled through the Apple App Store, purchases are charged to your Apple ID, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple ID settings. Trial terms are shown at sign-up.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Mark to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or access accounts that aren’t yours. You are responsible for the content you log.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. You may delete your account at any time from within the app, which removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer & liability

Mark is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the service.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
