Privacy Policy

When you use Mark we store:

• Account — your email address (used to sign in with a one-time code we email you) and an optional display name.
• Your content — the marks you log, the directions you set, the AI signals generated about them, and your weekly reflections.
• Preferences — display settings such as theme, accent, day window, timezone, and your weekly-digest choice.
• Subscription state — trial and subscription status (handled through the App Store and RevenueCat).
• Notifications — if you enable them, a device push token so we can deliver your weekly reflection. You can turn notifications off at any time in iOS Settings.

We do not collect your location, contacts, or analytics profiles; we do not use device identifiers to track you across apps or websites; and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs.

To generate a signal or a weekly reflection, the text of the relevant marks and your direction names are sent to Anthropic’s Claude API to produce the feedback you see in the app. This is the core function of the product. Under Anthropic’s commercial API terms, this content is not used to train their models.

We rely on a small number of processors to run Mark:

• Supabase — authentication and database storage.
• Anthropic — AI generation of signals and reflections.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Resend — sending the optional weekly email digest.
• RevenueCat — managing subscriptions and validating App Store receipts.
• Apple — App Store purchases and delivery of push notifications.
• Expo — delivery of push notifications.

Each processes data only to provide its service to Mark. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).

We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → delete account). Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile, directions, marks, signals, reflections, and push tokens. Backups held by our infrastructure providers age out on their standard cycles.

You can access and edit your content in the app, export it on request, and delete your account and all associated data. To make a request that can’t be completed in-app, email us at hello@flow-craft.in.

Mark is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above.
